Product Description

by Henry Dobson (Author)

Join the supersonic space cadets-Xina, Mani, Vlad and Eugene-as they travel around the universe meeting alien lifeforms who help them solve major problems here on Earth.

When the space cadets hear on the news that children on Earth are glued to their screens and turning into zombies, they send a message out across the universe requesting help. Receiving a message from an alien planet in the Andromeda galaxy, the space cadets head off in search of the messenger. But instead of finding little green men, what they find is a planet overrun by robotic digital devices. Surviving an initial attack, the space cadets meet Padlet, the friendly-faced messenger.

After listening to Padlet's story about how the algorithms on his planet were purposefully designed to be addictive, thereby keeping children glued to their screens, the space cadets realise that the same thing is happening back on Earth. Arriving home, the space cadets share Padlet's story with their friends around the world, reminding them of the lessons they learnt from the planet of the algorithms.
