Tennille Christensen: Tennille is a lawyer focused on providing intellectual property, commercial contracts, and business law advice, counseling, drafting, and negotiation support to technology start-ups and individuals. Tennille has represented over 500 technology start-ups and individuals and has negotiated and drafted everything from super-small to multi-million dollar complex commercial and IP transactions. Mariam Amin: A UC Berkeley graduate, Mariam grew up just outside San Francisco, surrounded by the rapid growth of technology and software. Mariam went on to specialize in counseling and advising startups on corporate governance, fundraising, employment, intellectual property, and commercial contracts for world-renowned technology startups and venture capital firms throughout Silicon Valley. Mariam has provided drafting assistance and negotiation for over 200 NDAs, term sheets, and SAAS agreements. Prior to working as Associate Attorney to Tennille Christensen and outside counsel to leading incubator 500 Startups, Mariam first fell in love with technology transactions while working at Sequoia Capital, where she analyzed and assisted in growth stage opportunities between $10 million and $50 million.
