The special economic zones that have been established in China are playing an important role in the economic development of the country. Author Biography
JUNG-DONG PARK is a fellow of the Korea Development Institute where he is presently engaged in economic studies concerning North Korea. Dr. Park has written numerous articles on the economic policy of China based on research done at Tokyo University, Beijing University, and Harvard University.
