In a bid to expose the secret and further her career, the reporter reveals the links of a chain that spans the nation and ends in the hands of a man willing to ruthlessly kidnap, murder, and enslave to further his agenda.
Now, he has come to Chicago to set things right, bringing his own brand of justice to a man who has terrorized a city.
