H. James Harrington, Ph.D., is the chief executive officer of the Harrington Institute. He also serves as chairman of the board for a number of businesses and the U.S. chairman of technologies for Project Management at the University of Quebec, Montreal. He s recognized as a world leader in applying performance improvement methodologies to business processes. Harrington is past chairman of the prestigious International Academy for Quality and past president of the American Society for Quality. He s also an active member of the Global Knowledge Economics Council. Frank Voehl is president and chairman of Strategy Associates Inc. and a senior consultant and chancellor for the Harrington Institute. He also serves as the chairman of the board for a number of businesses and as a Master Black Belt instructor and technology advisor at the University of Central Florida in Orlando. He s recognized as one of the world leaders in applying quality measurement and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to business processes.
