Thomas Pyzdek has worked in continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma for more than 50 years. His clients include Ford, McDonald's, Intuit, NASA and many other organizations in industries ranging from manufacturing to services to healthcare. A Fellow of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), Mr. Pyzdek has received numerous medals and honors from professional organizations, including the ASQ Six Sigma Forum's first ever award for the Advancement of Six Sigma. Pyzdek is currently President and CEO of The Pyzdek Institute, which offers online Lean Six Sigma training and certification. Mr. Pyzdek is co-author of The Handbook for Quality Management, Second Edition.


Paul Keller is President and COO of Quality America, a Lean Six Sigma training and software development company with over 35 years in the field. He is the author of Six Sigma Demystified, Statistical Process Control Demystified, and co-author of The Handbook for Quality Management, Second Edition.
