Author Biography
Alan Kerrman is an author, educator, and individual investor who wants to help you TAKE CHARGE of your financial future. Why? Because that's what he's trying to do! He has written a few books for NOTABLE MEDIA about DRIPs (dividend reinvestment plans) and DSPPs (direct stock purchase plans), as well as a quick small business launch book, and a primer on trading options on technology stocks. He currently invests long-term in dividend paying stocks (DRIPs), and in mutual funds through his workplace retirement account. On his own, he trades stocks, options, futures, and forex in his own self-directed trading account. He's not a finance pro, but just an individual investor (and trader!) who is taking charge of his money and wants to share with you some of the things he has learned along the way.
