Tommy L. Thompson is a licensed USCG charter boat captain and fishing guide on Florida's Gulf Coast and executive director of the Florida Outdoor Writers Association. As a journalist specializing in saltwater fishing, he has frequently contributed to such magazines as Florida Sportsman and Shallow Water Angler.
