Stacy Davies has hit rock bottom. After causing an accident while driving intoxicated, she is sentenced to community service at the Rocky Ridge Animal Rescue Center. She doesn't know a thing about taking care of animals, but when she meets the owner, handsome Aaron Roberson, she thinks it might not be such a bad thing.
Aaron Roberson has devoted his entire adult life to rescuing animals and giving them better lives. He has used the Rescue Center to also help adults who are on probation. When Stacy Davies comes into his life, he has a connection with her that surprises him.
