Author Biography

Vermont born Jamie Wakefield is a freelance writer currently living in Spain. Jamie became a legend in the Magic: The Gathering community for his self-deprecating wit and laugh out loud commentary about an ordinary guy taking on and living the extraordinary. This first book describes his attempts to make it to the first Magic Pro Tour is a classic of the genre and has been described as "the best Magic book, EVER." Now Jamie takes us into his new life living out a dream he never knew he had. In the past he has been a contributing editor to "Scrye" magazine, had a column in "Top Deck", wrote for the online publications "The Dojo" and is a currently a Premium writer for "Star City Games." His second book "I'm not an Alcoholic, I'm just European!" is also available on Amazon.com and also has five stars.
