David Locicero, architect, heads a San Francisco Bay Area based boutique architectural studio. David specializes in transforming problem houses into dream homes. He is also skilled at designing Accessory Dwelling Units (Granny Flats), kitchen and bath remodels, "Aging at home" solutions, as well as Code and accessibility consulting.
