This book is for anyone who have been abused and neglected as a child and continued to rise above adversities. This book is unique as share parts of myself in many areas of my life from my personal relationships and dysfunctional family dynamics. This book addresses mental health and substance use illnesses to bring awareness and of necessary insights of both fields. It highlighted the correlation between trauma and mental health illness.
