Leslie O. Magsalay, M.S. is the Founder/COO of The PMO Practice, a management consulting firm that advises and leads program execution and operational excellence, helping companies to run more efficiently and effectively as they scale their overall operations. The organization creates and nurtures a global community in which people and businesses learn to grow and prosper through innovation and introduction of new products. The PMO Practice is the second technology company for which Leslie was a Founder or was part of the Founding Executive Team. Her first company, IAS, was purchased by Tainan Enterprises in the early 1990s. Leslie is an accomplished executive with an exemplary record of leading product portfolios for Fortune 500 technology enterprises (Sun Microsystems, McAfee, Agile Software, Oracle, Avid/DigiDesign). Acknowledged as an industry expert in bringing complex systems (both hardware and software) and network solutions (B2B, B2C) to market, she is highly skilled in program execution, process, and cross-functional leadership as well as forging strategic partnerships through product lifecycle management. A certified PMO executive, she is also certified in many new product development processes (both waterfall based and agile), quality management (Six Sigma, lean manufacturing) and product frameworks (SDRA - Software Development Re-Architecture, PLC process - Product Lifecyle, PLM - Product Lifecycle Management - Systems) used today. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with an MS in Electronic Business Management from Notre Dame de Namur University. Leslie is an accomplished author and has presented at or hosted many conferences and workshops. She has received lifetime achievement awards, who's who and top performer achievement awards for her work in portfolio execution and operations excellence.
