John Sheridan is an investor, advisor and coach for business owners and the creator of The 9 Systems Framework for building an owner- independent systemized business. With more than 30 years of experience both as an operator and advisor, John brings you a wealth of practical knowledge along with a passion for the game of business. John has helped successful owners implement systems that grow profits, build great teams and create lasting value in a variety of industries including professional services, software and technology, manufacturing, construction, and distribution. He has earned a reputation for his insight, wisdom and candor while holding his clients accountable to reaching their goals. A graduate of The Boston College School of Management, John began his career in direct sales and marketing as a Commercial/Industrial Real Estate Broker. That led him to a career in construction and real estate development leading profitable, growing businesses ranging in size from startup to over one hundred million dollars before he began his advisory practice in 2006. His systematic approach to business transformation has been taught to thousands of owners, managers and executives who want to get control of their business so it gives them the freedom and lifestyle they desire. Changing peoples' lives through business ownership is what gives purpose to his work. John lives in Lawrenceville, New Jersey with his wife and two children where you can sometimes hear him playing his guitar too loudly and he is a past President and Board Member of The Rotary Club of Trenton, New Jersey.
