Ujwal Mantha is an interdisciplinary artist currently based in Toronto. His work
prioritizes concepts over mediums and revolves around stories. He's also the one
writing this bio and feels a bit pretentious for using the third person.
So I won't.
As I was saying, I like stories and I'm especially interested in how they can be
used as ways to discuss identity, culture and imagination. I'm currently working
on a large project, of which the Patchwork House is a small part: The Fragile
Empires Project. What if people weren't individuals but entire communities unto
themselves?
