Product Description

by Scott V. Palmer (Author)

This book is an effort by author Scott Palmer to trace his ancestral roots as far back as he could. He discovered the Palmer name originated around the year 1000, in England. Palmers migrated to Scotland and then went to Northern Ireland in the 1600s. In 1864, Scott's direct family came to New York through Castle Garden, and settled in the lower east side of Manhattan. In the 1930s, Walter Palmer (Scott's father) went to San Diego, California, from Brooklyn. This book is a historical overview based on factual records and information about Scott Palmer's paternal ancestors.
