Author Biography
Bill Coulter is a well-known and respected name in the model car hobby. The author of nine previous model car related books and dozens of hobby magazine articles, Bill has been an active car modeler since the 1950s. He has served as a consultant to virtually all the major American model kit manufacturers, and he was inducted into the Model Builder's and Writer's Hall of Fame in 2006.
