Muhammad Hassan Raza is Associate Professor at Missouri State University, Springfield, USA. He is the author of Two Souls One Reflection. He is a theorist, methodologist, and the creator of Multilevel Engagement Theory, Multilevel Community Engagement Model (MCEM), and the MCEM Framework.
