Product Description

by Mason Stone (Author)

The second in an ongoing series about brilliant 7th Grade junior scientist Perry Normal, we see Perry and his best friend Henry explore the night sky with whatever telescopes they can get their hands on. What they discover is remarkable and controversial, as they find unknown objects in Saturn's orbit which suggest intelligent control. Not knowing who to tell, they connect with a local university astronomy club and discover they are part of a growing body of scientists and researchers who believe we have evidence of an extraterrestrial presence in our own solar system. A lucky break leads Perry to be invited to be a summer intern at JPL--NASA's space research lab in California. There he is permitted to access equipment any science student could only dream of. Using the famous Mt. Wilson Observatory telescopes, Perry sees with clarity what his object of interest really has to reveal--a secret He soon discovers that the military establishment is well aware of what happens at the lab, and after some questioning, send Perry home with his tail tucked betwwen his legs. But that is not the end of it His school prinicipal receives a shocking letter from the govenment, warning about Perry. Furthermore, strange visitors dressed in black show up in Brackendale--looking for Perry. The entire adventure has gone from an inquisitive look at the heavens, to a sinister and puzzling game of wits. Join Perry and his school chums as they come face to face with a modern mystery that involves many players in search of the facts and the evidence that Humanity is not alone in the Universe.
