(Illustrator) Claire McElfatrick is a freelance artist. Her beautiful hand-drawn and collaged illustrations are inspired by her home in rural England. Claire has illustrated all the other books in this series: The Magic and Mystery of Trees, The Book of Brilliant Bugs, Earth's Incredible Oceans, The Extraordinary world of Birds, The Frozen Worlds, and Prehistoric Worlds. We don't have an author on board yet, but are hoping to have Shoshana Weider, a Program Officer at NASA.
