Product Description

by Andrew Wallbridge (Author)

A Leadership approach to being trusted as a leader, and therefore followed. Over the last ten years, and probably more, we have learned not to trust our politicians, more recently we have learned not to trust our bankers and increasingly we are being given reasons not to trust our business leaders. If trust is the first word that often is spoken by employees when asked what they want from their leaders and yet, the results show that they are not feeling that they can trust their leaders, it becomes abundantly clear that there is a gap. What follows are the principles of the 4C's approach to Leadership. Not a model but a toolbox. One that can be used very day to build trust with employees, customers, anyone. Why would you buy this? -To identify levers that will improve trustworthiness and therefore committed followership -Provide greater clarity and meaning to those you intend to lead -A toolbox of communication tools to use whenever you intend to 'take the lead'
