While the majority of the territory assigned to the Belgian colonial power at the Berlin Conference in 1877, is still unexplored, born in 1921 in the village of Luvituku a girl called Elisabeth Matondo . She is the eldest of five children in a family whose parents were the first Protestant Christians of the village. She was baptized on April 2,1939, and become the wife of Emile Adolphe Disengomoka on June 25, 1939 . . Together they have eight children.. She gets a lot of love and in turn gives a lot to surroundings: her family, her students, her literacy classes and courses Bible reading Congolese adults ... She died while overseeing the construction of her school in her village. Her dream was to build a school, a clinic and a protestant church in her village. Elisabeth Matondo left a great testimony about his involvement in the social activities of the region.
