Product Description

by Austin Allran (Author)

" A man, haunted by a murder, journeys to a desert island to escape; and there he finds the treasure of forgiveness and peace."

No one should be put off a boat, alone, on a desert island-especially this one: No one ever went to the Isle of Cats. But here we were, with night all around us and the storm raging. If we did not find shelter soon, the lightning would strike us dead; the rain and rising tide would drown us, and it was cold. At the very least, we would catch our death from that.

And then, lurking about in the dunes, were the cats-large, misshapen, hungry. Eyeing us.

"Whatever you do, stay away from that house. Don't you go near that house," the boatman told had told us.

But what choice did we have? We saw a light.

Did anyone really have a choice?
