Ann Carol Ulrich started writing about Annette Vetter when she was 15, growing up in the '60s. The Ground Hog Mystery is the sixth in her Annette Vetter series. A native of Wisconsin, she has lived in many states but prefers Colorado, where she is currently at home in Cedaredge. She also writes under the name Ann Ulrich Miller with her favorite genre Romantic Suspense.
