Not a tooth fairy, not a dream fairy, and certainly not a fairy godmother. The Green Fairy sorts through discarded trash and recycles as much as possible. Bear the abandoned dog, desperate to be loved again, meets the Green Fairy and forges a tentative connection. Wary of her power, but eager to please, he proves himself to her through a selfless act.
