Product Description

by Cynkay Morningsong M. a. (Author)

Finding balance in an increasingly complex world is challenging. What we have, what we want, what we do, and who we are are the concerns of us all. This book is an exploration into the Purusharthas, or Four Goals of Life as defined by Vedic thought. The Goals include Dharma - what we do, Artha - what we have, Kama - what we want, and Moksha - the realization of our True Self. Through the study of Hindu scripture, Ayurveda and Jyotish the reader will begin to understand their place in the broader cycle of human existence. They will develop the ability and discrimination to move through the joys and sorrows of embodiment with grace, ease, and an ever-expanding joyfulness in their relationships, their work, and their lives.
