Author Biography
William Finley Green is an artist, translator, and writer who has worked as an assistant curator at Castle Howard in York, England, and was a member of the repertory company of the Piccolo Teatro di Milano in Italy. He lives in Chicago, Illinois.
Hari Conjeevaram, M.D. is a hepatologist with the University of Michigan. He lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
