The BIG LEBOWSKI COOKBOOK. The Feast of The 7 Fish is his latest. Daniel has over 25 Years Experience in The Restaurant Business at some of New York's most renowned Restaurants. Daniel is a Food Historian and is considered one of America's Foremost Authorities of Italian Wine. He lives and Works in New York's Greenwich Village where he Created America's First Venetian Wine Bar in "Bar Cichetti." Daniel is currently working on another Italian Cookbook as well as a special project on Italian Wine.
