As the owner and president of RMH Tax & Financial Advisors, Inc., I continue to have a long and successful career in accounting and financial planning with an extensive background in taxation. I have two decades of tax industry knowledge, which include many years of franchising with a national tax preparation organization. I have secured a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) financial-planning degree from the American College. I have a degree in accounting and business management and income taxation for business owners and individuals. I have completed tax returns for individuals, families, small business owners, partnerships, corporations, estates, and nonprofit tax returns. My specialty and focus are the small business owners and the needs to help grow their businesses. During my long career, I realized that many of my new business clients needed more than just tax preparation services. They were starting or running businesses and pulling together a number of different vendors for business service needs. The business clients hired different vendors to create the business formation documents, one to assist with payroll, another for bookkeeping and accounting, and still another for individual and business taxes. Of course, then they needed someone to guide them through the retirement planning process. The process of dealing with so many vendors (and trying to keep them working as a team) was taking up too much of their time--the time they needed to be focusing on growing their businesses.

I pulled together a team of trusted advisors and developed a plan to incorporate all the business needs into a comprehensive program to help owners navigate the business world. I included business formation, payroll, bookkeeping, accounting, and individual and corporate tax preparation services. In addition, I developed a complete set of individual and corporate strategic tax-planning tools to reduce tax liability, specializing in small business tax planning and business structures. The program also includes retirement planning strategies. These combined techniques and strategies create a program to reduce the tax liabilities for business owners. I have incorporated industry-setting trends with value-based pricing into the full suite of tools for business owners to use and implement with their inclusive strategies. I have also executed a laser-focused system called the advisory management practice (AMP) process. This model has been extremely successful with my business clients.
