DANIEL J. CONTI, PhD, is Clinical Director of First Chicago NBD, one of the nation's largest and most well-regarded employee assistance programs. ARTHUR E. JONGSMA, Jr., PhD, is the founder and Director of Psychological Consultants, a group private practice in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He is the coauthor of The Complete Psychotherapy Treatment Planner.
