copy of The Dog Who Couldn't Be Petted to our 5 year old; it was the FIRST time she has sat all the way through a book of this length. When he finished, she said, 'Read it again ' She loves it. I asked her 'Is this the book you want?' and she yelled "YES " Then she had him read it again, this time to her dolls so they can learn too. When I tried to interrupt her, my daughter exclaimed, "No My dolls are ready to learn some doggy stuff " This book is so necessary. It is one of my favorite new kids' books."
