The devil tries to get you through your mind, even when you're reading the Word of God. I am appalled at the number of people who say, "Will you pray that I can get interested in the Bible?" Then they will go on to say, "I used to have a tremendous hungering, but now I fall asleep when I read it." Or maybe they will have trouble with their mind wandering when they try to concentrate on the Word of God.
The devil does such a good job of fooling our minds that we often don't realize who our enemy
is.
