And many in uniform. The major battles are detailed in separate sections by date, even some by time-line. And we had those hundreds of those marvelous and awe-inspiring songs - all major hits of the late 30's and 40's. The diary is formatted in an easy-study report format detailing every event by year and by date.
Author Biography
Frank (Bud) Fitzsimmons is an 81 year old retired Advertising professional. Senior Vice President and manager at J. Walter Thompson Company in their New York, Detroit, and Los Angeles offices. Bud started his career as a television publicist for "The George Gobel Show", "Leave it to Beaver", "Wagon Train", "Laugh-In" and other network television series. His career includes writing, producing and directing television commercials. He is President of Compass West Advertising with clients in banking, package goods and retail associations. Bud served in the Army Security Agency from1953 to 1956 as an instructor in Communications Intelligence. He lives in Palm Desert, Calfornia. Reach him at comwest111@aol.com.
