She's held leadership roles at iconic brands like Frito-Lay, Coca-Cola, Jack Daniel's, and Humana. A viral TEDx speaker, international keynote presenter, award-winning film producer, and stage actress, Debra starred in the Off-Broadway solo performance A Curious Woman in 2023. She holds a doctorate in leader development, change management, and organizational design from The George Washington University, where she received the prestigious Ralph Stone Leadership Award.
