Author Biography
DAVID UPDEGROVE is a Theory of Constraints implementation expert, certified in all TOC disciplines including Production, Project Management, Supply Chain, Finance & Measures and Business Strategy. He has 26 years TOC-based Performance Improvement experience, and has led or participated in some of the most successful and enduring TOC implementations in the world. He currently serves as Senior Advisor to the TOC Think Tank of Nagoya, Japan, and is on the Board of Directors of Progressive Flow, Ltd., a TOC consultancy based in Israel.
