CARLOS MERLA is a Master Certified Coach Trainer (MCCT) and accredited Certified Executive Coach (CEC). An author and a trainer, he has more than thirty years of experience in the corporate world developing sales organizations at PM/Altria Group. He spent the last fifteen years as international services director for Microsoft Corporation. He is known for his extensive international business experience in Latin America and Southeast Asia, which allows him to speak and deliver leadership workshops worldwide.
