Author Biography

Helen Fletschinger returned to the job force when the youngest of her four daughters started school. She has worked for a variety of companies including a large healthcare system where she has worked in several departments. Helen started out as a secretary, moved up to Administrative Assistant and then Executive Assistant to an Assistant Vice President. She has also earned her Bachelor Degree in Business with a concentration in Information Systems from Empire State College. She is currently working full time, assisting other authors to edit and publish their books and, in between, enjoying her two lovely granddaughters. The author's upcoming books will focus on specific areas of Microsoft Office such as tables and mail merges.
