Other chapters are revisions of his lectures delivered at the Central Interfaculty of the Free University of Amsterdam and those delivered at the Reformed Theological College in Geelong, Australia. A lecture delivered at the University of the Orange Free State, Bloemfontein, South Africa in 1975 is also included.
