The South Asian region, with countries like Bangladesh, India and Sri Lanka, has actually reaped benefits from the widening trade dispute between the world's two biggest economies.

Author Biography
Rahul Nath Choudhury is a trade economist currently associated with the Institute of South Asian Studies, National University of Singapore, as a Visiting Research Fellow. His primary research interest includes foreign direct investments, international trade, e-commerce, digital trade, and technology policy. Rahul has been freelance consultants for organizations like ADB, IFC, AEPC, CII, and a few MNCs as well. His work has appeared in The Straits Times, The Business Times, South China Morning Post, among other publications.
