Dr. Nora Ganescu is a coach, consultant and trainer. Her work is helping companies maximize their impact and become amazing workplaces, where people love to work. Nora started her professional journey 25 years ago as a youth activist for intercultural understanding in post-communist Romania, and she has been dedicated to building bridges between people ever since. She went on to work with thousands of employees and executives in companies, NGOs, public administration and international organizations, as an external and internal consultant in over 30 countries and across 3 continents (Lufthansa, Habitat for Humanity, European Commission and the National Academy for Public Administration are just a few examples). Nora is a passionate learner, always exploring the frontier of her discipline to bring her clients the best combination of time-tested wisdom and cutting edge thinking.
