Having done that you will learn more as you see patients, and will have more to contribute when rounding with the cardiology fellow and attending. Scan the table of contents for an idea of the breadth of coverage. If you know 70-80% of the material in this big-picture tutorial, you will do well on the cardiology sections of these exams.
