Author Biography

Kesha Haggans is a 5 year breast cancer survivor. She was diagnosed at the age of 34 in May of 2012. She underwent a double mastectomy, reconstruction surgery, chemotherapy and a full hysterectomy. After her last treatment she quickly realized that cancer is not over once your last treatment has been administered. She needed to feel her way through this new normal, her new REALITY. Kesha is also the author of "The Coolest Mommy", a book about mothers & their young children dealing with breast cancer. She's a proud native of Jonesboro, AR. & has been married to her husband Jonathan for 20 years. Together they have 4 beautiful children and 3 grandchildren.
