Author Biography

Dr. Tracey Alden, DVM is a graduate of Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK in 1999. Although she was a small animal veterinarian she became enchanted with a young bull calf while serving in a large animal class rotation. She cared for Norman during his stay at the Boren Veterinary Teaching Hospital and followed his journey back home to Bay Blue Farms in Bristow, Oklahoma. His owners, Bob and Sandy Carroll mentioned to Dr. Alden how nice it would be if Norman's story was told and the Book of Norman was born.
