Author Biography
MIRIAM NICE and RICHARD DAVIE are both food and drinks writers. Miriam works for BBC Good Food and Richard is a freelance drinks writer. Miriam is a recipe writer, presenter and illustrator and loves a culinary challenge. Richard is a trained brewer and also works at award-winning micro pub The Beer Shop. They live in South London.
KATY ALCOCK is a freelance illustrator with a keen eye for beautiful colour combinations and sources inspired from the world around us. She shares her work through her Instagram account @simply_katy and sells her prints through Etsy (SimplyKatyPrints).
