Product Description

by Jaimal Yogis (Author), Matthew Allen (Illustrator)

Beloved children's book authors Jaimal Yogis and Matthew Allen are back with a new children's book about how mindfulness begins with a leap of faith to feel alive again

Drip and Drop are just a couple of care-free clouds floating on the breeze. But when Sky Dive Day hits, they're forced to discover what they're really made of (and yes, their names are a hint). Join Drip and Drop on this hilarious and heartwarming adventure as they struggle to embrace change, face their fears, and open their hearts while also getting a first-hand crash course in the water cycle.

Author Biography

Jaimal Yogis is the author of numerous books including Mop Rides the Waves of Life, which was named a 2020 Favorite of The Children's Book Review, City of Dragons, which was named a best graphic novel for children by the American Library Association, and Saltwater Buddha, a memoir that was also made into a documentary film. His work has been featured in the pages of O, The Oprah Magazine; Outside; Forbes; The Atlantic; ESPN Magazine; and many others. He lives in Maryland with his wife, Amy DuRoss, and their three sons.

Matthew Allen lives, creates, and surfs in Southern California. A former Surfer Magazine art director, his illustrations for the Mop Rides the Waves of Life series, Walt Whitman's Guide to Manly Health & Training, and Road Trip Nation's Road Map have gifted readers with a deeper connection to the authors' written words. Matthew's fine art resides in collections worldwide, and has been exhibited throughout Japan, Australia, and California. While he has collaborated with global brands including UNIQLO, Vans, and Mananalu, Matthew's true delight is being an uncle to the children of his sisters and friends.
