Author Biography

Philip Vuong graduated from Stanford University in 2010 with a degree in Theoretical Math (Honors) and Electrical Engineering. Since his graduation, he has been a head math teacher in Kaohsiung, a Calculus BC teacher for the Stanford Online High School, and a teaching assistant for the Coursera Course, Introduction to Mathematical Thinking. Philip has also designed numerous contest mathematics problems and curricula, including EPGY and SUMaC entrance exams, FLEX College Prep's SAT I and II books, and Stanford University's international talent search exams. Currently, Philip is the Director of Mathematics for FLEX College Prep where he has taught over 3000 hours of high school and SAT mathematics.
