What is TENS?

TENS is a non-pharmacological, non-invasive method of pain relief, which stimulates the perceptual nerves by means of a mild microcurrent(usually less than 25 microcoulombs per unit of time) to block the transmission of nociceptive nerve signals to achieve pain relief. TENS Unit is optimal in reduce pain caused by old injuries, carpal tunnel, sciatica, menstrual cramps, etc.

What is EMS?

A: Please follow the below steps to test your tens:

1. Press the 'M' to switch between 6 main modes.

2. Press center button to choose within the built-in 4 modes."

3. Press '-/+' to adjust the intensity. (only the port connected well and pads pasted on your body, could you adjust the intensity)

Q3: Why pads no sticky after several days?

A: Skin must be clean and dry. Dirty or oily skin will prevent electrode adhesion. Applying a few drops of water after usage will increase the longevity of the pads and let them dry naturally. Place pads on the holder or place plastic film to keep the gel moisture after use.
