Product Description

by Jeff Thomson (Author)

Another time, another place. As the citizens of the Britannic Empire watch the parade in which their victory over the Russland/Germanic Alliance is celebrated, an unidentified airship appears and attacks, striking down Queen Aurelia, Prince Henry, and many of their subjects with a violet ray which has never been seen before.

But the attack is stopped by the arrival of another airship that drives off the first. As the injured are being seen to, men disembark the newcomer, and one announces himself as Captain Zorn. He later explains to the Emergency Council that he and their attacker, who is called The Wraith, are mortal enemies, and he offers his advanced science to the Empire to defeat him. But time is running out. Many of the wounded are afflicted with a disease, one which consumes the sufferer. This is The Blight. Zorn tells the council that they must have the assistance of a French aviatrix and her squadron to capture one of The Wraith's scientists. As they go to seek her out, The Wraith and his master, Chancellor Falkenberg, push forward their plans to invade Europa. As the Queen and her subjects lie dying, they sweep through Europa, and make plans to invade Britan.Tales of the Aerocorp The Ray of Doom is a tale of rousing adventure in an alternate world in which the forces of good race against time to deliver that world from the forces of evil.
