Product Description

by Tracey Deakin (Author), Dawn C. Crouch (With)

In the jet stream of legends, "Tailor-Made to Fly," is an aerospace memoir that illustrates how passion is the rocket fuel of life. If you're looking for a captivating read that has resonated through global headlines and offers passion, humour, and education, then look no further. Enjoy!

On any given day, Le Bas International delivers. I have been honored to offer air cargo transport services for vital machinery, satellite components, hazmat equipment, precious art, and more.

For over thirty years, I've arranged air charter services for presidents, entertainers, sports personalities, and private individuals.

Every day is different. Every day is a challenge.

Aviation and aerospace are pure magic to me, but initially, there was a problem. I was expected to go into my father's business. I was supposed to be a tailor. And I do admit, I learned my operating principles at Deakin & Sons of Canterbury, founded in 1856. My father was good with customers. He was respectful of what they wanted, and he listened to them.

Now, as I look over my aviation career, when somebody tells me it can't be done, I say, "Why not?" My most important goal is safety, then professional performance.

Global Reach, Personal Touch is the Le Bas International motto and gold standard. I don't look at this as a business. I look at it as fun. Passion is my way forward.
