Warren Caterson is a full-time writer and food enthusiast who has studied at the Southeast Institute of Culinary Arts and is the author of "Table for Two - The Cookbook for Couples" (Winfield & Scott Press). As someone who grew up in a family that loved to cook and whose household on Long Island Sound bustled every weekend with dozens of aunts, uncles, cousins and neighbors, he learned early-on the benefit of good food and good drink with good friends. So today, whether he is cooking for two or two hundred, he is convinced that life, joy, and communion can be found in a freshly prepared, and shared, meal.
